Public advertisements and Confirmation of Real
Estate Cadastre
Announcements about real estate cadastre
establishing, about displaying for public inspection survey data,
data on cadastral land classification and establishing of real
estate rights…
Article 93 of the new Law on State Survey and
Cadastre specifies that public announcements about real estate
cadastre establishing should be announced on the Republic Geodetic
Authority Web pages no later than 30 days from the day of the start
of real estate cadastre establishing.
Article 108 specifies that decisions on
confirmation of real estate cadastre establishing should also be
announced.
Announcements will be made public within
the News section and will be available within the Service ‘Register
of municipalities and cadastral municipalities’.
It is possible within this service to overview
statuses of cadastral municipalities in terms of ownership register
and the status of Digital Cadastral Map production.
Decisions on confirmation of real estate
cadastre establishing will also be made public there.
