REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PROMOTIONAL VIDEO MATERIAL FOR THE REAL ESTATE CADASTRE AND REGISTRATION PROJECT IN SERBIA

This request for expressions of interest follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business No. 636 of August 16, 2004.

The Republic of Serbia - Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) has received a credit from the International Development Association for the realization of the Real Estate Cadastre and Registration Project (RECRP). This request for expression of interest is for the consulting services that will include the production of promotional video material for the Real Estate Cadastre and Registration Project in Serbia.

Consulting services will include -production of the script on establishing Real Estate Cadastre (REC) and presentation of the achieved results, -production of video material in short film form and -production of video clip. The video will be used to present the results of the RECRP to a broad audience which includes general public, government institutions, donors, international financial institutions, professional organizations (banking, chamber of commerce, legal, survey, etc) at events such as conferences, seminars, workshops.

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Republic Geodetic Authority now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services. Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).

The consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the CQ procedure set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, January 1997 (revised September 1997, January 1999 and May 2002).

Interested consulting firms may obtain further information at the address below, during working days, from 09:00 to 16:00 hours.

Expressions of interest must be sent by mail to the address below by 12:00 noon, local time, March 31, 2011. When submitting Expressions of interest please indicate on the envelope the Contract ref. No. (SAM-RECRP-YF3908-CQ-CS-11-232) of the assignment for which you are applying.
