REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CONSULTING SERVICES FOR WORKS SUPERVISION OF CADASTRAL OFFICES BEOČIN, ODžACI, LAZAREVAC, GOLUBAC, KOSJERIĆ, PRIJEPOLjE, BRUS AND VRANjE.

This request for expressions of interest follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business No. 636 of August 16, 2004.

The Republic of Serbia - Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) has received a credit from the International Development Association for the realization of the Real Estate Cadastre and Registration Project (RECRP). One part of the Project is for reconstructions/renovations of RGZ facilities. This request for expression of interest is for the following consulting services that will include engagement of consultants for civil works, architecture, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and IT/LAN specialist:

• Contract ref.No. SAM-RECRP-YF3908-CQ-CS-11-244 – Works Supervision of Cadastral Offices Beočin, Odžaci, Lazarevac, Golubac, Kosjerić, Prijepolje, Brus and Vranje.

Supervision includes supervision of works, quality and quantity control and assistance to the client in commissioning and acceptance.

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Republic Geodetic Authority now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services for the above Contract. Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services:

• experience in similar assignments

• description of similar assignments

• availability of skilled staff

• CVs of key personnel including licenses.

The consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the CQ procedure set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, January 1997 (revised September 1997, January 1999 and May 2002).

Interested consulting firms may obtain further information at the address below, during working days, from 09:00 to 16:00 hours.

Expressions of interest must be sent by e-mail or mail to the address below by 12:00 noon, local time, June 15, 2011. When submitting Expressions of interest please indicate on the envelope the Contract ref. No. (SAM-RECRP-YF3908-CQ-CS-11-244) of the assignment for which you are applying.
