Project: Development of the real estate mass valuation concept

In the period from 27-30.03.2012., in the Republic Geodetic Authority, the ninth workshop on mass valuation, in the department of real estate mass valuation, with experts from the Swedish State Administration for mapping, cadastre and rights registration and Geodetic Authority of the Republic of Slovenia was held.

Within the project: Development of real estate mass valuation concept, the ninth workshop was held in order to continue work on the development of mass valuation of real estate in Serbia.

Education was conducted by Mr. Hans Söderblom, from the Swedish State Administration for mapping, cadastre and rights registration, and Mr. Dusan Mitrovic, from the Slovenian Geodetic Authority. Employees of the department of mass valuation, in addition to education and discussion, presented the work that was conducted during the last four months as well as work results.

The system of market price register is developed, which will serve for the registration of real estate transactions and to collect additional data necessary to analyze markets.

The presentation of results, with guidelines for future work, was organized on 30.03.2012.

All participants agreed that the work on mass valuation is of great importance for both the state and society in general as well as for the surveying profession.

Experts hired through donation of the Kingdom of Sweden, are extremely pleased with the progress in establishing a system of mass valuation in Serbia.
