Geodetic organizations
By passing the Law on state survey and registration of
property rights (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 83/92, 53/93,
67/93, 48/94, 12/96, 15/96, 34/2001 and 25/2002) technical geodetic work in the
Republic of Serbia can also be executed by geodetic organizations.
Geodetic organization is a company, another organization or
a business registered for executing technical work related to land survey and
establishing of real estate cadastre and utilities cadastre, their maintenance
and updating, pursuant to the Law on state survey and cadastre and registration
of property rights.
Geodetic organization can execute technical work if meets
prescribed working requirements, pursuant to the Law on state survey, cadastre
and registration of property rights and the Decree on working requirements for
geodetic organizations Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 39/2002.
Geodetic organization can execute technical work after
providing a Decision on fulfilling working requirements, that is, requirements
for executing specific kind of technical geodetic work. In order to obtain a
Decision on fulfilling working requirements, a geodetic organization submits to
the Republic Geodetic Authority a request pursuant to Article 7 of the Decree on
working requirements for a geodetic organization.
Documentation to be submitted with the Request:

Decision on registration of the geodetic organization
at the register of the authorized body;

Proof of possessing appropriate geodetic instruments
and equipment, or a special statement on the way of providing instruments
and equipment;

Verified photocopy of the diploma or the certificate
about personal education;

Certificate of passing vocational exam for employees in
state administration bodies;

Certificate of working experience on the activities of
survey and cadastre maintaining (if a request for executing technical work
related to survey and cadastre updating is submitted);

A photocopy of the employees application;
-
A photocopy of employment record card;
Note:
For Items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 for every employee in the geodetic
organization.
