With great sadness and deep respect, the Republic Geodetic Authority of Serbia expresses its sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Frank Tierolff, Director of Kadaster Netherlands and Chair of UN-GGIM.

The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank for the Second Real Estate Management Project (REMP2), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project.

The RGA apartment price index for the Republic of Serbia in the second quarter of 2024 stands at 164.56, representing a price increase of 4.68% compared to the same period last year. Compared to the first quarter of 2024, apartment prices in Serbia recorded a slight increase of 1.26%. This annual price growth and the moderate quarterly increase indicate that the real estate market remains stable without significant fluctuations, which is a positive sign for the economy and investors.
